FormatHub is a 100% client-side utility. Every tool — the JSON Formatter & Validator, SQL Query Beautifier, HTML/CSS Un-minifier, and Server Log Text Cleaner — runs entirely in your web browser using native JavaScript. When you paste raw data, code, or logs into an input box, that content is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to any server, API, or third party.
None of our formatting or cleaning logic makes external network requests. There is no backend that receives, logs, or stores the content you format. This means sensitive information — such as proprietary code, internal SQL queries, or server logs containing private data — stays exclusively on your machine.
FormatHub does not require you to create an account or log in. We do not store the text you paste, and it is cleared the moment you close or refresh your browser tab.
FormatHub may display ads in designated placements. Any advertising provider we use in the future may collect standard, non-identifying analytics (such as page views) through their own scripts, but this is separate from — and unrelated to — the data you paste into the formatting tools, which is never sent anywhere.
